You retain ownership of the content you create (habit names, notes, etc.). By using Streakify, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and process your content solely to provide the service.

5.3 Feedback

If you provide feedback or suggestions, you grant us the right to use them without obligation to compensate you.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not warrant that:

• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• The service will meet your specific requirements
• Any errors will be corrected
• The service is free of viruses or harmful components

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Streakify and its creators shall not be liable for:

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us (which is $0 for free users).

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Streakify, its creators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the service
• Your violation of any third-party rights

9. Termination

9.1 By You

You may delete your account at any time from your Profile settings. Upon deletion, your personal data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

9.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. We will attempt to notify you before termination when possible.

9.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Sections that should survive termination (such as liability limitations) will remain in effect.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of Streakify after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you should stop using the service and delete your account.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, binding arbitration.

12. Miscellaneous

• Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Streakify regarding the service.
• Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
• Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right does not waive that right.
• Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these Terms. We may assign ours at any time.
